Humble Beginnings

The Arcane Dominion TTRPG rulebook began its development throughout the 2010s for personal use by the game's creator, Christopher Penner. Initially inspired by D&D 3.5e, 4e, and Pathfinder, Arcane Dominion was meant to fill the holes always left in TTRPGs, and quickly took on a life of its own.

The game grew and evolved as Christopher did throughout school and university, seeing many updates and content added over the years during periods of free time. Childhood videogames enhanced gameplay elements that only a TTRPG can explore to their fullest extent, with inspiration coming from "Assassin's Creed", "The Elder Scrolls", "Borderlands", "Halo", and more.

Throughout these years, Christopher has had a consistent group of players, more than happy to play and test Arcane Dominion. As a result, Christopher has accumulated over a decade of experience entertaining, teaching, and coordinating groups large and small, and has successfully ran multiple clubs dedicated to playing TTRPGS.

Once graduated from the University of Manitoba, Christopher made many changes to Arcane Dominion to prepare it for commercial use. Now after 2 years of investment, Arcane Dominion is finally ready to be thrust into the public sphere.
