SUMMARY:

ArcadeFitz uses your device camera solely for real-time body pose tracking during gameplay. Camera video feeds and body movement data are processed entirely on your local device and are NEVER recorded, stored, or transmitted to any external server.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND PROCESS

A. Camera Access and Motion/Pose Data

ArcadeFitz provides an interactive augmented reality (AR) fitness experience. To translate your real-life movements (such as leaning, ducking, or arm gestures) into gameplay actions, the application requires access to your device camera.

- On-Device Processing: We utilize Google ML Kit Pose Detection technology to analyze physical joint coordinates locally on your device.

- No Media Recording or Storage: Raw camera frames and video feeds are discarded immediately after joint coordinates are derived. No pictures, videos, or visual images are ever recorded, saved to your storage, or uploaded.

- No Remote Data Transfer: Your body pose and camera data remain 100% private to your device.

B. Non-Personal & Gameplay Data

We store localized gameplay data directly on your device using standard Android local storage (e.g., high scores, level progression, and in-game achievements). This information is restricted locally and is not linked to your personal identity.

2. THIRD-PARTY LIBRARIES AND SERVICES

ArcadeFitz integrates standard Google Android framework APIs and ML Kit dependencies to enable local pose detection. These libraries do not collect or transmit identifiable biometric data from your camera feed.

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ArcadeFitz is suitable for general audiences and family fitness. We do not knowingly request or collect personal identification information from children or any other users.

4. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

Because we do not collect or store personal identity data, biometric images, or remote logs, there is no user data retained on external servers. All gameplay progress is kept locally on your device and can be erased at any time by clearing application data or uninstalling the app.

5. PERMISSIONS REQUIRED

- CAMERA Permission: Required strictly for real-time exercise gesture tracking and interactive AR gameplay. You can revoke this permission anytime via your Android system settings, though motion control features will be disabled.
