ArcadeBros — Portal Run
Last updated: September 19, 2026
ArcadeBros develops ArcadeBros: Portal Run (Portal Run) and operates the ArcadeBros website. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game, visit our website, or contact us.
Portal Run is an offline game and does not require an ArcadeBros account. The current Android game does not send your personal information, gameplay activity, or saved progress to ArcadeBros. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or third-party crash-reporting services.
The game saves progress and preferences on your device, including campaign progress, scores, unlocked characters and outfits, difficulty, audio settings, and control preferences. This information is used to run the game and let you continue playing. ArcadeBros does not receive these local save files unless you choose to send them to us for support.
You can remove local game data using Android's app storage settings. Clearing storage permanently removes local progress and preferences. Any separate device backups are managed through your device or backup provider's settings.
Our website is hosted on Google Sites and uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers and processes information such as pages visited, interactions, browser and device information, and approximate location. This website measurement is separate from the offline game.
Google also processes information to provide and protect its hosting and other services. Its handling of that information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics privacy information.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. This add-on affects Google Analytics measurement, not all information processed by Google Sites or other services.
If you email ArcadeBros, we receive your email address, any name included in the message, and the message or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Our support email is hosted by Gmail. Google processes messages as part of providing that service. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.
When you use Google Play, Google independently handles your store account, downloads, purchases, and any diagnostics you choose to share under its own policies and settings. ArcadeBros does not receive your full payment-card details. Information you choose to make public in a store review may be visible to ArcadeBros and other people.
Local game saves remain on your device until removed or replaced. Support messages are retained only as needed to respond to requests, maintain necessary support records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Website analytics information is subject to the retention and deletion controls in Google Analytics.
We restrict access to information under our control to what is needed for support and website operation and rely on our service providers' security protections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request. We cannot directly retrieve or delete game saves held only on your device.
The game does not ask players of any age to submit personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to ArcadeBros, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. The website's Google services are described above.
We will update this policy when our information practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
For privacy questions or requests, contact ArcadeBros at arcade.bros.23@gmail.com.
