No Refund or Replacement Policy:
We maintain a strict no refund or replacement policy because all our products are specially made for each customer. Every order reflects the unique tastes and requirements of our clients.
Partial Buy-Back (Case-by-Case):
In rare cases, we may agree to take back products at 50% of the original price, depending on the product condition and other factors. This is entirely at the discretion of AR Bakery Solutions.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing is completed. If you wish to cancel, please do so within the initial processing stage—before production begins.
Advance Payment Policy:
We require a 60% advance payment to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery or before dispatch.
