Tengri is a religion from Mongolia. Their symbol looks identical to Azazael's symbol. So it can be confusing at first glance to assume these are allies. But Dante shows us that they are not.

13. TRIBE, JEWISH KHAZAR TURKS

Douglas Morton Dunlop and Turkologist Peter Benjamin Golden claimed that the Khazars were descendants of the Uyghurs and revealed that the Khazars were mentioned under the name "T'u-küe Ho-sa-K'o-sa" in Chinese sources.

The Khazars were also referred to as TURK in Byzantine sources in 586 and they constituted the extreme point of the Gokturk Khaganate in the west.
