May 2021 Survey

After editing them for anonymity and clarity, we are making public the results to the multiple choice portion of our May 2021 survey. Survey results were also shared with a number of administrators (see Recent Work) in October 2021, followed by plans to share them with the Science Council, the governing faculty body of the Division of Science.
