RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
All products are purchased by the buyer on the basis of the price and description shown on this site. It is important that at the time of purchase you are happy with the product(s) chosen. Please read the descriptions and titles carefully.
However if on receipt of your product(s) you wish to change your mind then contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery by email aramoanagifts@gmail.com to organise an exchange or web store credit (not including freight charges). It is important that we receive your email no later than 5 days following the date the Courier company confirms delivery to you.
When we receive your email we will happily provide you with a Return Application Reference Number you can use to exchange product(s) or for a store credit so long as the following criteria are met:
* You have a valid Return Application Reference Number
* Product(s) subject to the Return must be returned within 15 days of purchase date
* The product must not have been used
* Original packaging must be undamaged
* Item/s must not have been discounted at time of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on sale stock
* All return courier costs will be your responsibility
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:
* sale items or gift cards.
* Kākahu
* Earrings (health and safety)
