I’m a 5th-year PhD candidate in Economics at Louisiana State University, specializing in Public Economics and Applied Microeconomics. My research studies how public policy and regulation affect housing, insurance, and safety outcomes. I use applied econometric methods to evaluate how households, cities, and markets respond to policy changes, and why governments adopt the rules they do.
