Lecture hall and effective teaching

Laboratories and practical skills

All our laboratories are fully equipped with modern and sophisticated apparatus, adequate glasswares, water supply, gas connections and well trained/ qualified lab technicians and atenders.

Computer center

Keeping in view the increased emphasis on technology, this innovative college has developed computer lab with broad-

band/Wi-Fi connection. The lab is equipped with sufficient number of computers with the latest configuration and software's.

Machine room

The College meets all the specifications of the Pharmacy Council of India a sophisticated instruments and apparatus related to the manufacture of drugs.

Hostel

Separate boys and girls hostels with all facilities are available for students. North and South Indian food is provided at neat and clean canteen in the college campus.

Library

The College library has a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources that include reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, national and international journals, magazines, database and audio-visual material

Attendance

The students have to produce a certificate form to the Head of the Institution that he/she has satisfactorily atended the course and has to credit

not less than 80% of the atendance separately in theory and practical of each subject.

Board of Examining Authority

The preliminary Diploma in Pharmacy Examination is held at the end of the first year of the course. The Final Year of the Diploma in Pharmacy course examination is held at the end of second year.

Pass percentage

A student shall not be declared to have passed the above exams unless he/she secure minimum percentage in each of the subject separately in the theory and practical. Candidates securing 60% and 75% or above in any subject shall be declared to have obtained FIRST CLASS and DISTINCTION, respectively, provided the student passed on all the subject on the same examination.

Practical training

After Completion of the "DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY", candidates should undergo Practical training in Institution, Hospital and Pharmacy or Manufacturing house recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. The Practical training period shall not be less than 500 hours spread over a period of not less than 3 months, if not less than 250 hours are devoted to actual dispensing of prescriptions.
