Greetings From the Board
Just a few updates. We have ordered the new Mailboxes and as soon as we have them we will start taking bids to pour the concrete pad and then the Post Ofiice will do the install and will contact those in need.
At the last meeting on February 21st, the bBoard elected to move from 6 meetings a year to 1 meeting each quarter. As we still have no interested folks in becoming board members the active members are going to continue to keep the board alive.
There are few derilect properties in Arabian Acres that some residents have complained about. The Board has filed complaints with the Teller County Code Enforcement. We will also be taking action allowed by our covenants and by-laws.
We do not have a selected date for our next meeting, but stay tunes here and on our social media.
