# AR Draw Sketch: Trace Art - Terms & Conditions

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AR Draw Sketch: Trace Art application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
## 2. Description of Service
AR Draw Sketch: Trace Art is a mobile drawing and AR tracing application that allows you to:
- Draw using AR camera tracing
- Explore and use drawing templates across multiple categories
- Practice anime, tattoo, object, holiday, dot-to-dot, and other drawing styles
- Use canvas tools such as brush, eraser, shapes, opacity, undo, and redo
- Save drawings, bookmark favorites, and manage your artwork
- Access drawing lessons and premium creative tools
### 2.1 Free Plan
- Access to limited drawing functionality and standard templates
- Limited number of free drawing uses
- Limited access to premium templates, lessons, and tools
### 2.2 Pro Premium
- Unlimited drawing access and unrestricted premium usage
- Access to all premium templates, lessons, and tools
- Access to web image search and premium profile features
- Full creative experience without free quota limits
### 2.3 Payment & Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
- Available plans: Weekly and Annual.
- Weekly or Annual plans may include a free trial. After the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
### 2.4 Cancellation
- You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store.
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
## 3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Use the App to create offensive, harmful, or legally inappropriate content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
## 4. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, features, code, templates, and content, is owned by our development team and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
- Drawings you create and export using the App are permitted for your personal and commercial use, assuming you maintain full compliance with these Terms. We do not claim ownership of your final exported artwork.
## 5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Drawing results will meet your specific expectations or guarantee any particular artistic outcome
## 6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, drawings, saved items, or creative assets
- Inability to access or use the App
- Disputes arising from content or images created, imported, traced, or exported by users
## 7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
## 8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
