Terms of Use – AR Drawing: Draw on Paper

By downloading, installing, or using AR Drawing: Draw on Paper, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and remove it from your device.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AR Drawing: Sketch on Paper solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Reverse-engineer, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the app.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass any features of the app.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple and RevenueCat.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID subscription settings.

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

• Subscription prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

• RevenueCat collects anonymized subscription data for management purposes. Your payment information is never stored by us or RevenueCat.

5. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all drawings, videos, and content you create in the app.

• We do not claim any ownership of your content.

• Your content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers without your consent.

6. Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple: For payments, App Store services, and ARKit — https://www.apple.com/privacy

• RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

• Firebase (Google): For anonymous analytics and crash reporting — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, including its design, logo, code, features, and trademarks, is the property of MD UZZAL MIA. All rights are reserved.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. By using the app, you consent to the practices described there.

• We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (app sessions, feature usage, crash reports) to improve the app.

• We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions in an anonymized manner.

9. Disclaimer

AR Drawing: Sketch on Paper is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

MD UZZAL MIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Current Subscription Plans

• Weekly: $0.99/week

• Yearly: $9.99/year ($0.19/week — Save 80%)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings.
