The main goal of this site was to provide an accurate and detailed account of all the various unexplained/unexplored phenomena that underpin AQW's underlying gameplay mechanics. Many of the topics discussed will include the following: the difference between Primary and Secondary stats, and how they interact within and between one another (including modifier stats), what is meant by 'class models' and a few examples of them (such as Tank-Melee), mana regen types, how 'same' and 'different', and 'stackable' skill auras interact with one another, and finally just a general sense of how class optimization comes about, with regards to things such as conditionals, sustainability, damage efficiency etc. Of course there will be brief descriptions and recaps of said phenomena when necessary, but in general, having a good foundation to work with will allow for a richer understanding of the various topics covered.
I realize due to the esoteric and somewhat obscure nature of some of the topics discussed that this site will prove little to no use in enhancing your overall gameplay experience and most likely, the majority of the information presented will be deemed useless for the average and/or casual player. However, the main purpose of this site was to simply document, and interpret the data collected in order to establish a general understanding, in the hopes that the community has a reference point from which to derive ideas and formulate new ones, should people choose to do so. If the information provided is useful for at least one or two people then I'd be more than glad.
The directory page is listed in order of recommended reading, although you can choose to ignore this should you wish.
