Mi presento:

Ho iniziato a ballare da ragazzino, non avevo ancora la patente ma raggiungevo le sale da ballo di allora con mezzi di fortuna. Gli studi mi hanno portato in Romagna, figuriamoci se potevo non andare a scuola di ballo nella "patria del liscio". Erano gli anni '70 l'epoca delle discoteche. A me non piacevono; troppo rumore, troppo fumo, troppa confusione e nessuna possibilità di un contatto fisico, nessuna comunicazione ne fisica ne verbale.

Era l'epoca del Boogie-Boogie e Rock acrobatico, quelli si che mi piacevano !! Ritmo, intesa e contatto !! Bel gruppo, tanti amici e tanta allegria.

In più riprese ed in tempi diversi nella vita, mi sono avvicinato ai caraibici ... salsa, bachata, merengue: allegri, divertenti ma non li sentivo miei, non mi emozionano.

Molti anni fa’ un amico mi parlò del tango argentino e decisi di andare a vederlo ballare. Sono rimasto in piedi a guardare le coppie che ballavano .... ma non osservavo le gambe, i piedi o i passi, guardavo l'espressione dei loro volti, guardavo le dame ad occhi chiusi, guardavo gli abbracci ed ascoltavo la musica ..... il mio corpo rispondeva di pancia, di petto e di coscia, un'unica vibrazione dai piedi alla testa, un'unica emozione ..... ho scoperto che quelle emozioni, che quella passione che mi faceva stare tanto bene aveva un nome: Tango

Da allora non ho più smesso di emozionarmi, ho frequentato molte scuole, cambiato maestri, girato e ballato molto.

Indipendentemente dallo, stile, dalle figure, dall’interpretazione, ritengo che ballare il tango sia un’emozione tra due anime complici che si fondono in un abbraccio.

GENERE MUSICALE :

“TANGO”. Dall’epoca degli “anni d’oro” degli anni 40 al moderno Tango Nuevo o al Neotango – Nontango. Brani che per e loro caratteristiche possano, se pur nei limiti della mancanza di un reale contatto fisico, trasmettere emozioni ed esaltare sentimenti positivi di amore e passione.

Generalmente accompagno la serata con interventi in voce. Un Benvenuto, un saluto e talvolta qualche commento sulla musica proposta lo trovo doveroso. Troppe parole ritengo che possano rompere l’atmosfera, ogni serata è però un evento da valutare al momento.

Musicalizzo per passione e per il piacere di far conoscere e divulgare il tango, non richiedo alcun compenso a priori per il tempo che dedico a questa attività, accetterò con piacere da organizzatori e partecipanti donazioni spontanee in segno di apprezzamento e di gradimento.

I stood watching the couples dancing .... but I did not observe the legs, feet or steps, I looked at the expression on their faces, I looked at the ladies with eyes closed, I looked at the hugs and I listened to the music ... .. my body responded with belly, chest and thigh, a single vibration from the feet to the head, a single emotion ..... I discovered that those emotions, that the passion that made me feel so good had a name: Tango

Since then I have never stopped getting excited, I have attended many schools, changed teachers, filmed and danced a lot.

Regardless of the style, the figures, the interpretation, I believe that dancing the tango is an emotion between two accomplices who come together in an embrace.

MY MUSIC :

"TANGO". From the "golden years" of the 40s to the modern Tango Nuevo or the Neotango - Nontango. Songs that due to their characteristics can, even if within the limits of the lack of real physical contact, convey emotions and enhance positive feelings of love and passion.

I generally accompany the evening with speeches in Italian. A welcome, a greeting, and sometimes some comments on the proposed music I find it right. Too many words, I believe, can break the atmosphere, but every evening is an event to be evaluated at the moment.
