AquAssist Note is an aquarium management app designed for aquarists who handle multiple tanks. Create reminders for routine maintenance (e.g., water changes, equipment cleaning), and log water parameters to view them as lists or charts. You can set upper/lower target ranges to quickly spot out-of-range values.

No. You can use the app without creating an account or providing personal information.

Your data is stored on your device. There is currently no iCloud sync. Data may be lost if the device is lost, damaged, or reset. Export/Import is available for data migration.

A. You can do this from Settings, under the Back up section near the bottom of the screen.
On your old iPhone: tap Export to create a backup file and save it using the Files app or another storage option.
On your new iPhone: tap Import and select the backup file you saved.
Note: To protect against device loss, damage, or reset, we recommend keeping your backup file in a safe location (e.g., Files app or a cloud storage service).

Information We Collect
The App does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. No account registration is required.
Data You Enter in the App
Tank information, reminders, and water parameter logs you enter are stored on your device. The App does not upload your data to our servers, and currently does not provide iCloud sync.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your data with third parties.
Ads & Analytics
The App displays no ads and is not designed to include third-party tracking SDKs or analytics by default.
