When you use our mobile application (the "App") and visit our companion web platform hosted on Render (the "Web Services"), collectively referred to as our "Services", we appreciate that you are trusting us with your data.

This privacy policy outlines exactly how data is handled across the four core modules of our application: the Wallet, the Game Section, the SMO Module, and the Chat System.

1. THE FOUR CORE APPLICATION SECTIONS & DATA FLOW

A. THE WALLET (COIN ECONOMY)

Our App utilizes a fully virtual in-app coin economy. No real money transactions or digital purchases are handled inside the application.

• Data Collected: Your wallet balance and transaction histories are recorded on our servers to track coin additions from gameplay and leaderboard rewards, as well as coin deductions across the app features.

• Coin Deductions: Coins are automatically deducted from your wallet for specific system actions:

  • Gameplay: Making a wrong move in the sorting game costs a deduction of 1 coin.

  • Private Chat: Initiating or sending a private direct message to another user deducts 2 coins from your wallet.

  • SMO Module: Reading an incoming secret message costs 50 coins. Revealing the sender's identity metrics costs 150 coins.

• Storage: This structural data is tied directly to your automatically generated anonymous system ID so you do not lose your earned balances.

B. THE GAME SECTION (LEADERBOARDS & MULTIPLAYER ARENA)

The Game module consists of single-player sorting mechanics, a global competitive leaderboard, and a live matchmaking multiplayer arena.

• Dynamic 24-Hour Leaderboard & Payouts: The global competitive leaderboard tracks your top scores. At the end of every 24-hour cycle, only the top 10 players currently resting on the leaderboard will receive a virtual coin payout.

• Leaderboard Mechanics & Liability: The leaderboard is non-static and updates in real-time. If another user overtakes your score and causes your rank to drop outside of the top 10 positions before the 24-hour timer expires, you will not qualify for the coin payout. The application and its operators are not liable for unrewarded coins due to real-time score shifts or displacement from the top 10 pool.

• Opt-In Profile Customization: If your score qualifies you for placement on the leaderboard, a system notification will appear. Eligible players may voluntarily choose to replace their system ID with their actual name and upload a custom profile picture to display on the public leaderboard. Users may also choose to remain anonymous and leave the default system credentials active.

• Multiplayer Arena Privacy: By default, you are completely invisible to other players inside the multiplayer arena. Your profile and system ID are only revealed to the live matchmaking pool when you manually click the "I want a challenge" button.

C. THE SMO (SORT ME OUT) MODULE

The SMO feature allows you to generate a web-sharing link that can be shared externally. External web users can use this link in a standard browser to send anonymous messages back into your Android App inbox.

• Coin Mechanics: Incoming SMO text entries are securely delivered to your inbox. Reading a secret message deducts 50 coins from your in-app wallet. Revealing the sender's identity metrics deducts 150 coins from your wallet.

• Sender Metadata: If a sender chooses to write an optional name before submitting their secret message, that typed text is what you will see upon using the 150-coin reveal feature. If they do not write a name, no identity data is captured.

• Automated Server Deletion: To preserve privacy, all incoming SMO messages are stored on our Render servers for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are permanently and automatically deleted.

D. THE CHAT SYSTEM (PUBLIC & PRIVATE)

Our communication engine features open public chat channels along with direct peer-to-peer private messaging capabilities.

• Public & Private Routing: Text messages sent inside public rooms are visible to all current participants. Users can also engage other active participants to initialize a distinct private chat session.

• Privacy Controls: Users can access their in-app settings at any time to block private chat requests or hide themselves from specific individuals to prevent unsolicited private messaging.

• Ephemeral Profiles & Text Cleansing: All public and private chat text logs are systematically purged from our backend servers every 48 hours. Custom profile photos uploaded by users live strictly inside their device's local memory (localStorage) and are only streamed temporarily in volatile memory via WebSockets to active chat participants. They are never written to a permanent server hard drive.

2. GENERAL DATA TYPES COLLECTED & SHARED
   Because our App operates using anonymous local profiles rather than a formal account registration system, all collected parameters are linked strictly to a unique system identifier.

• Personal Info: Name (optional display nickname chosen by you) and User IDs (automatically generated random alpha-numeric system IDs).

• Messages: Other in-app messages (SMO text payloads, public chat messages, and private direct message content).

• Photos: Profile pictures (processed ephemerally in active memory via WebSockets for live chat representation).

• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use personal data, such as your device's advertising ID, location data, and usage data to serve personalized ads.

• Analytics Data: We may use analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISING
   We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work.

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to gather consent for personalized advertising.

4. USER CONTROLS, PRIVACY RIGHTS, AND DATA DELETION
   We respect your sovereignty over your local environment and server footprint. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under the GDPR or CCPA.

• Local Controls: Users can back up and save their local game data, unlocked logs, and app settings directly onto their own devices at any time completely for free. Users also have full control to delete their sent chat messages at any time or edit them within the first 10 minutes of delivery.

• Formal Data Erasure Requests: You have the permanent right to request that your system ID records, custom nicknames, and active leaderboard points be fully erased from our database. You can execute this immediate wipe by inputting your unique system identifier into our data deletion portal at forms.gle or by communicating directly with ezieldev.me@gmail.com.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of personalized advertising in Settings > Privacy.

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & MODERATION
   Our app includes social features such as public chat, private direct messaging, and customizable leaderboard slots where you can generate content. We take the safety of our community seriously.

• Content Responsibility: You are responsible for all content you create, upload, and share. You agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.

• Moderation & Reporting: Active users can immediately hide offensive inputs using the "Block User" functionality or flag messages via our "Report" interface. Reported text payloads are manually evaluated by administration within 24 to 48 hours. Confirmed or repeated violations will result in your anonymous system ID being permanently banned from accessing chat rooms and leaderboards.

6. STRICT AGE RESTRICTION (18+)

• Age Requirement: AquaSort Elite is strictly restricted to individuals 18 years of age and older. By initializing the application or submitting web message fields, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

• Enforcement: Upon first launch, users must verify their age. Users who select an age under 18 will be denied access to the application. We enforce this restriction through a mandatory age verification gate at app startup. If we discover that any anonymous profile contains data originating from an individual under the age of 18, we will execute immediate server routines to permanently erase those data files.

7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this privacy notice at any time WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU. Any changes or modifications will become effective immediately upon posting the updated version within the App or Web Services. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date.

Because our App operates using anonymous profiles without email verification, it is your responsibility to review this privacy notice frequently to stay informed of our current data security practices. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
