These Terms govern your use of AquaRoute: Pipe Puzzle, an Android and iOS game published by QuantumCodery. By using the game or this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the game

You may play as a guest or link an account through supported sign-in providers. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information. Parents or guardians are responsible for use by children where applicable.

Fair play

Use the official app and play fairly. Do not exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate scores, interfere with servers, reverse engineer the app, or use another player’s account. We may restrict access or remove invalid scores when necessary to protect the community.

Progress, coins, and collection items

Coins, stars, boards, pipes, water styles, tanks, boosts, and other in-game items are virtual game features. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not a deposit or financial account. Virtual items are provided for gameplay and may be adjusted for balance, safety, or technical reasons. Where real-money purchases or platform refunds apply, the applicable Google Play or App Store rules control.

Leaderboards and community features

Names and profile images you choose to display may appear beside your scores. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing. You grant us permission to display that content only as needed to operate the game.

Updates and availability

We may add, change, or remove levels, missions, rewards, collection items, ads, or features. The game may be unavailable during maintenance or because of device, network, platform, or third-party service issues.

Intellectual property

AquaRoute, its artwork, code, audio, puzzles, and branding belong to QuantumCodery or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the game for entertainment.

Disclaimer and limits

The game is provided for entertainment on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, QuantumCodery is not responsible for indirect losses, service interruptions, or loss caused by unsupported devices, connectivity, or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security concerns, or serious breaches of these terms.
