AQUARE – TERMS OF USE

1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Aquare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Aquare is licensed to you, not sold. Your use is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA governs.
2. About Aquare
Aquare is a personal hydration tracking application designed to help you build healthy daily water-drinking habits.
Core features include:
Logging daily water intake
Tracking hydration streaks
Setting interval reminders and custom alarms
Viewing hydration insights and analytics
Earning achievement badges
Aquare is fully offline. The App does not require an account, internet connection, or any form of registration to function. All data is stored locally on your device only.
Aquare is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice of any kind.
3. Subscription — Aquare Premium
Aquare offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Aquare Premium.

Price: $0.99 per month
Free Trial: 7 days (new subscribers only)
Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your free trial begins on the date of subscription and lasts 7 days.
After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at $0.99/month unless canceled.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You will not be charged during the free trial period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through: iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Aquare
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until that date.
What Happens After Cancellation or Trial Expiry
When your trial or subscription ends:
Water logging is disabled beyond the free limit
Streak tracking stops updating
All reminders and custom alarms are cancelled
Insights and analytics are locked
Achievements beyond the free tier are locked
No data is deleted. If you resubscribe, all your history and streaks are restored instantly.
Payments
All payments are processed entirely by Apple. Aquare never sees, stores, or has access to your billing information.
4. Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Premium features. The trial starts automatically on first install — no action required.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial period.
Only one free trial per Apple ID is permitted.
5. Privacy
Aquare collects absolutely no personal data.
Specifically, Aquare does not collect, store, transmit, or share:
Your name or email address
Health or hydration data
Device identifiers or location
Analytics or usage data
Advertising identifiers
All hydration logs, streaks, goals, and settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Deleting the App permanently removes all associated data.
Your data may be included in your device's iCloud Backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled in your iPhone settings. This is managed entirely by Apple and by you — Aquare does not initiate or control this backup.

6. Notifications and Reminders
Aquare may send local notifications for hydration reminders and custom alarms. These notifications are scheduled entirely on-device — no data leaves your phone to generate them.
Notification features require an active trial or Premium subscription. When your subscription ends, all scheduled notifications are automatically cancelled.
You can disable notifications at any time in: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Aquare
7. Medical Disclaimer
Aquare is designed for general personal wellness purposes only.
The App does not:
Provide medical advice or diagnosis
Replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider
Guarantee any specific health outcome
Monitor or respond to health emergencies
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, hydration needs, or any medical condition. Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within Aquare — including the name, logo, design, icons, copy, and code — is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aquare and its developer shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or device-related issues
Health-related outcomes arising from use of the App
Interruption of service or subscription access issues
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
