How to use Aqualert
How to use Aqualert
Turn on Aqualert.
Place your water bottle on Aqualert.
Use the Hydration level buttons to set your own hydration level.
Use the light switch to control the light.
When you are dehydrated Aqualert will remind you to take a sip with blinking LEDs and a message on the screen. Take a few sips until you are hydrated and the reminder will stop.
Additionally, you can snooze the LED indicator using the Snooze button in the front.
