How does the bottle exchange work?

It’s simple! On your scheduled delivery day, just leave your empty 5-gallon jugs outside your door or in a designated spot. We’ll swap them for fresh, full RO jugs. You don't even need to be home.

Is there a minimum order?

To keep our routes efficient and prices low, we have a minimum delivery of 2 Jugs for the Napanee area and 1 Jug for the Deseronto and Tyendinaga MT area.

What happens if I forget to put my empties out?

No problem, obviously we would prefer if you leave your jugs outside on delivery day but we can still leave full jugs for you, and we’ll just pick up the extra empties on our next scheduled visit or bring them down to our shop before the next delivery day.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We believe our water speaks for itself. We offer flexible month-to-month service so you can start or stop whenever you need.

How do I pay for my water?

We aim for a paperless, easy experience. We accept all major credit cards through Square and QuickBooks as well as cash or E-Transfer. You can pay per delivery or set up a convenient recurring monthly billing cycle.

Is there a bottle deposit fee?

No, we don't charge a bottle deposit as we do an exchange program and when and if you decide you no longer want our services we will take our jugs back.

What makes Reverse Osmosis (RO) water better than tap?

Our RO system uses a multi-stage filtration process that removes up to 99.9% of impurities, including chlorine, lead, fluoride, and dissolved solids. The result is a crisp, clean taste that tap water simply can’t match.

Is RO water good for appliances?

Yes! Because RO water is stripped of the minerals that cause "hard water" buildup, it’s excellent for coffee makers, kettles, and humidifiers, helping them last much longer.

Do you provide water coolers?

We specialize in the delivery of premium water. While we don't currently rent coolers, we can recommend the best models compatible with our 5-gallon jugs, or help you set up your existing one.

How often should I clean my water dispenser?

To keep your water tasting its best, we recommend a simple sanitization of your cooler’s reservoir every 3 to 6 months.
