The Game saves your progression locally using Apple's secure device sandbox storage (UserDefaults and local storage):
Game Progress: Completed level numbers, stars earned, best moves, and par targets.
In-Game Currency & Collectibles: Collected shell count, unlocked fish species, and placed aquarium decorations.
User Preferences: Sound effects on/off, background music on/off, haptics on/off, color-blind accessibility indicators, and background theme selection.
Data Deletion: You can permanently erase all local game data at any time from within the Game by navigating to Settings > Reset All Progress.
Aqua Bloom: Fish Sort offers optional in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads" or optional shell/decoration packs):
All financial transactions are handled solely and securely by Apple Inc. via Apple’s native StoreKit 2 framework.
We never collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking details.
Purchases are governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service and Apple Privacy Policy.
Rewarded Ads (Opt-In): The Game does not force disruptive interstitial ads. Optional rewarded video ads (e.g., to earn bonus hints or an auxiliary aquarium slot) are 100% player-initiated. We do not grant rewards until the ad network confirms completion.
Aggregated Gameplay Telemetry: We may collect anonymous, aggregated telemetry (e.g., levels completed, hints used, undo frequency) solely to evaluate puzzle balance, eliminate deadlocks, and enhance level design. This data contains no identifiers and cannot be linked to your identity.

The Game operates primarily using Apple native technologies:
Apple App Store & StoreKit: For payment processing, purchase restorations, and app distribution.
Apple Game Center (Optional): If you choose to enable Game Center, your achievements and leaderboard standings are managed under your Apple ID per Apple’s Privacy Policy.
