This Privacy Policy describes how AquaPour ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application. This app is developed and published by Tech Seekers ("the Developer").

By downloading, installing, or using AquaPour, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

AquaPour does not require account creation or login, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect certain information, as described below.

1.1 Information Collected Automatically (via Third-Party Services)

Advertising (Google AdMob, mediated with Meta Audience Network)

The App displays app-open, banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, which uses Meta Audience Network as a mediation partner. To serve and measure ads, these services may collect:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, time zone)

• IP address, and approximate (coarse) location derived from it

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, view duration)

This data is collected and processed by Google and by Meta Platforms, Inc. under their own privacy policies:

You can opt out of personalized advertising and reset your advertising identifier at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables all advertising in the App.

In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The App offers one optional in-app purchase, "Remove Ads", processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details (card number, billing address, or similar) — those are handled directly by Google Play. We receive only confirmation that a purchase completed, which the App records on your device in order to disable ads.

No analytics or tracking SDKs

The App does not use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or any other third-party analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting service. We operate no server and maintain no database of users.

1.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following on your device only, using local on-device storage:

• Game progress (levels completed, stars earned, moves)

• In-game coins, XP, unlocked themes and achievements

• Daily challenge completion history

• Settings (sound, music, haptic feedback, colour-blind mode, dark mode)

• Your "Remove Ads" purchase status

This information never leaves your device and we cannot access it. It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App, or when you use Settings → Reset Progress inside the App.

The core game is fully playable offline. An internet connection is needed only for ads and purchases.

3. How We Use Information

Information collected by the third-party services above is used to:

• Display and measure the performance of advertisements

• Process the optional in-app purchase

• Maintain your game progress and preferences on your device

We do not sell your personal information. We do not have access to, and do not collect, sensitive personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, or precise location.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties, except:

• With Google (AdMob, Google Play Billing) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Audience Network), strictly as needed to deliver and measure advertising and to process purchases, subject to their own privacy policies.

• Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

Because advertising is delivered through AdMob with Meta Audience Network mediation, your advertising identifier and related device data may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. for ad delivery and measurement.

5. Children's Privacy

AquaPour is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us using the details below and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, delete, or object to the processing of information collected about you, and to opt out of personalized advertising or the sale or sharing of personal data.

Because the data described in this policy is collected directly by Google and Meta rather than by us, requests relating to that data are best directed to those companies using the links in Section 1.1. You can also opt out of ad personalization and reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

7. Data Retention

• Data stored locally on your device persists until you reset progress in the App or uninstall it.

• Data collected by our advertising and billing partners is retained under their own policies.

We retain nothing ourselves, as we operate no server.
