BIOGRAPHY

Following the completion of his B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science at Kyoto University, prof. Lee was awarded a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Prior to becoming a faculty member in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Inha University in 2024, he worked as a researcher at Samsung before joining the faculty at Dongguk University. His primary research interest lies in the theoretical analysis of a broad spectrum of materials via computational methods, aiming to rationally design novel functional materials and achieve a deep understanding of their fundamental principles.
