Dr. Jang's research focuses on the development of novel quantitative MRI techniques targeting musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, as well as lung and cancers. Particularly, Dr. Jang is interested in ultrashort echo time (UTE) imaging-based relaxometry, fat quantification, diffusion-weighted imaging, magnetization transfer, quantitative susceptibility mapping, double echo steady state, and electrical property tomography.
