Welcome to the applications developed by Aqib Javaid ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of the apps ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

The Developer does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated output.

The Developer values your privacy. The collection and use of personal data through the App are governed by the App’s Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store. Refunds and billing matters are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including modifications and cancellations, through your Apple account settings.
All content within the App, including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Mian Aqib or its respective licensors.

The Developer does not guarantee the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations or requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, business disruption, or reliance on outputs.
The Developer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be made available within the App or on the official website.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Your access to the App may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any misuse of the App.
You may discontinue your use of the App at any time. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to the Developer under applicable law.
