Submission Review and Publication
All applicants are required to submit an abstract (300-400 words) for review. Every submission will be reviewed by the APSMER academic committee in a double-blind review process.
Please note that there is a two-stage process in determining papers to be published in the Conference Proceedings:
(1) Abstract Review: All abstract submissions will be screened and considered for inclusion into the Conference as a presentation. All authors of selected abstracts will be invited to submit their full paper (1800-3000 words) regardless of the presentation category.
(2) Full Paper Peer Review: Full papers that conform to submission guidelines listed below and submitted within the deadline will also undergo a peer reviewing process. Only papers that demonstrate distinguished academic quality will be selected to be published in the Conference Proceedings (which has an ISBN).
Multiple Submission Policy
No individual will be permitted to present in more than a total of TWO Paper, Poster, Workshop, or Panel Discussion, and depending on the number of submissions, the Conference Organizers reserves the right to further limit the number of presentations accepted for any individuals.
