Share your QI project

4 Easy Steps:

1. Add your project title, name, and contact information to the “Master Project and Contact List” in the main topic folder.

2. Create a folder within the main topic folder with your institution’s name.

3. Fill out the READ FIRST form, and save it in your folder. This describes the development, challenges, and implementation of your institution’s QI project. It also lists and explains the content in your folder, and lists references if you have published your work, or built your protocol based on published material.

4. Upload your institutional protocols, ordersets, powerpoint slides, etc. to the folder.
