University of Houston-Downtown Undergraduate and Graduate Students are eligible to apply for membership to Alpha Phi Sigma. The membership eligibility requirements and member requirements are listed on the flyer.

• 10 hours of community service for undergraduate student members and 12 hours of community service for graduate student members per semester.

• One time fee of $100 ($70 to national organization, $30 local UHD fees)

• Abide by Alpha Phi Sigma Constitution and by-laws

• Attend club meetings

• Participate in a least one club event (nonsocial) during semester

• Be in good standing with the University

• Abide by University requirements for student organization membership
