Native America is a covenant land. It was given by the LORD to the indigenous peoples who lived here. It was not given to Rome. Rome invaded Europe. Then European nations, including England, France, and Spain, invaded and took away these lands from the Native Americans, who had it rightfully. The Native Americans had it rightfully, but Rome has nothing rightfully. Rome is an invader. Rome breaks spiritual law. The fruits of rome are genocide and violence. We need to get rid of Rome, and restore all these lands to Native Americans. And restore them now.
All Native American lands need to be returned to Native America. The scriptures say. Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless: For their redeemer is mighty; he shall plead their cause with thee.
These lands were given by covenant to the Native Americans from the LORD. It breaks God's laws to change borders and landmarks. These lands need to be returned to Native America, all of them, and we need to be paying voluntary tribute to the Tribes, to take away the curse that is on this land, as shown in Deut. 28.
The scriptures say, Thou shalt keep the feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God with a tribute of a freewill offering of thine hand, which thou shalt give unto the LORD thy God, according as the LORD thy God hath blessed thee: And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God.

California broke treaties to steal Native American land
California used genocide to steal Native American lands. And California broke treaty to do it. For 45 years, California hid the existence of treaties that promised Native American Tribes reservation lands. They hid the treaties, because they didn’t keep them. The Tribes signed 18 treaties exchanging certain sovereign rights in exchange for 7.4 million acres of "reservation" lands spread across the state. But California did not honor the treaties. The treaties were called The Secret Treaties with California's Indians because California refused to honor them. Appeals made to Congress did not get California to honor the treaties. Everything belongs to Native America. All of it. Give back all Tribal lands, California. These lands belong to the Tribes. All of them.
More Native American land stolen, never returned
Mount Rushmore in South Dakota is not really Mount Rushmore. It is sacred Native American land, and was stolen from Native Americans, then renamed. Its real name is the Six Grandfathers. The United States broke treaty to steal the Six Grandfathers and the Black Hills lands from the Lakota, Nakota and Dakota, then the U.S. defaced the mountain. The 1868 Fort Laramie Treaty recognized the Black Hills as part of the Great Sioux Reservation. Those lands were set aside for exclusive use by the Sioux people. But instead of honoring the treaty, the U.S. federal government forced Native Americans off, and stole the Black Hills. Stole the land. Stole it. Native Americans took the U.S. to court in the early 1900s and won their U.S. Supreme Court case in 1980, but the lands were never returned.
Native Americans were enslaved and massacred
On April 22, 1850, the state of California went after the victims of Rancheria Tulea California massacre, when a few Indians escaped from slavery. Whole tribes were attacked and innocent Native Americans murdered. There is a conflicting account of the actual Native American death toll, which is likely much higher than reported. And there is no record of any punitive action being taken against the slave masters. Instead, California passed legislation legalizing the kidnapping and forced servitude of Indians by white settlers. Ironically, the legislation was called The Act for the Government and Protection of Indians. In 1851, the civilian governor of California declared that it must be expected that a war of extermination would continue to be waged, until the Indian race became extinct. Legislation in 1851 gave settlers the right to organize lynch mobs to murder Indians, and then the murderers could be reimbursed from the state of California by submitting their expenses to the government. By 1852 the state had authorized over a million dollars in such claims. Murder. Rewarded by the state of California.
This land is under a curse for shedding innocent blood. We need to restore all these lands to Native America and pay them a biblical tribute for the use of these lands.
