Evening, ladies! I submitted our Wiki page in the Unit 7 peer review DB. According to the instructions, only one of us has to do it.
If anyone is making changes to your videos tonight (Sunday) and are using Animoto, all you need to do is publish the new version, then share with YouTube. It should replace the old video with the new in the same URL link.

This week's Wiki video is a GROUP PROJECT. We all need to communicate with each other as to what we will cover in our video presentation. Communicating here is a part of our weekly grades. As you can see below, Rachel and I have already asked to cover two of the three topics. I will post my video on Digital Access in this week's DB for peer review.

To clarify, see the instructions for Unit 6 assignment:
- "As a team, you will create a video presentation to introduce each of the topics on your site. Each member of the team should prepare a video presentation with narration. You may use any tool that you want. While Powerpoint 2013 does have a good voice recording feature, you may want to get a little more creative and use one of the tools from the list in Unit 6. Each presentation should provide a high level introductory overview to the topic on each page. Start your page out with this video to introduce the topic. Be sure to embed the video so it displays directly on the page. You will have to upload your completed videos to YouTube and then embed them onto your pages."
- I will have to add everyone's videos to this site before Sunday. When your videos are complete, please share them here. They need to be embedded, which means you need to upload your video to YouTube, and then share with me the YouTube link to your video. Please get them to me before Sunday night.

I found an interesting article about digital literacy. This article talks about digital literacy from faculty point of view that how important it is to make students digitally literate. This article has a very good discussion about the topic.
If you have time to look at it and see if it is a good fit to our digital literacy page. It is not a very long article and very precise about the topic.
My concern is that that this article is available on Post University library. I do not know that any outsider of Post University would be able to access to this article. Your thoughts please.

I have a question that what type of content I should look for future assignments? Because I noted that the article I suggested from Post University Library did not work.

Hi, Syeda. When I click on your link, it says that the article is restricted to Post University participants. I think the best way to locate content is through a Creative Commons source like the one we have access to in Unit 5. -Tracy
It is now Sunday afternoon. I took the initiative to add articles to each page as we didn't already collect them. I found them through the link in this week's Unit as we were instructed to use. I also wrote all of the references and formatted every page. Text me if anyone adds anything today so I can format that as well before our project is due tonight. If you do add anything, I would appreciate it if you included the citation on the reference page.

This spells out all of the changing demographics and how they impact digital accessibility. I think Digital Access should include content that describes the achievement gap between students that can afford technology and those who can't. Digital Literacy should include how teachers are using technology to encourage students to become more knowledgable using devices and programs. Maybe even include the rise of online students at all levels?
Once you all start uploading your content, I will get on to clean it up as needed. Please don't forget to add your citations on the reference page.

- I would suggest using Digital Access. We have learned quite a lot on how accessibility (and lack thereof) is a major concern for the future of education in a digital world.
- Third: Any suggestions? I don't think we need to address buying and selling of goods online or digital laws. Perhaps Digital Etiquette or Communication?

Hi Ladies,
I'm truly having a lot trouble with my voice over on the video presentation I did create a power point and uploaded the video to you tube but not sure if I did it correctly. Just a bit frustrated because my Ipad gives a lot trouble and my work computer is 2010 not a 2013.
