Registrations will close on 8 October 2025 at 5pm or sooner if the cap of 112 archers is reached before that time.

Entry fees must be paid at the time of entry to complete your registration - with the exception of oversea's competitors who can pay cash at the time of registration if needed.

No late registrations will be accepted.

Food and refreshments will be available on all three competition days provided by Mt Tiger Archers as you pass the club rooms – cash only.

The Awards Banquet Dinner will be held on Sunday evening and it is an additional cost for the meal.  There may be some limited seats available for those who just wish to attend the Prizegiving which will occur after the meal.
