Do not reveal author names, affiliations, email addresses, or identities anywhere in the manuscript. Reviews follow the ACM Peer Review Policy.

Submit a PDF copy of your full manuscript via the designated EasyChair module: [TBD]
Registration of accepted workshop papers:
For each accepted workshop paper to appear in the ACM digital library, at least one author must complete a full conference registration and present the paper on-site.
Proceedings:
The proceedings of ICDCN 2027, along with all satellite events (posters, demos, workshops, etc.), will be published through the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS), indexed by ACM, DBLP, Scopus, and other indexing bodies, and made available through the ACM Digital Library.
Starting January 1, 2026, ACM has fully transitioned to Open Access. All ACM publications, including ICPS conference proceedings such as this workshop's - are now published 100% Open Access in the ACM Digital Library.
Corresponding authors affiliated with an institution participating in the ACM Open program can publish without charge. Authors from non-participating institutions will need to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC), unless they qualify for a geographic or discretionary waiver. To ease this transition, ACM is offering a temporary subsidized APC rate for 2026.
To check whether your institution already participates in ACM Open, or to learn about waivers and current APC rates, see:
