By downloading, installing, or using App Wheel, you acknowledge the following terms and notices.

Purpose of the application

App Wheel is a Home-screen launcher utility that helps users organize and open applications installed on an Android device.

App Wheel does not own, operate, sponsor, endorse, or control the third-party applications displayed in a user’s wheels. All third-party application names, icons, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Device and launcher compatibility

Android devices, operating-system versions, screen sizes, accessibility settings, and Home-screen launchers behave differently.

Widget appearance, sizing, scrolling, placement, orientation, and other behavior may vary by device or launcher. Compatibility with every Android device, operating-system version, or Home-screen launcher is not guaranteed.

User responsibility

Users control which applications appear in their wheels and how those wheels are configured.

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining appropriate device security;
Keeping Android and installed applications updated;
Protecting access to their devices;
Installing applications from trusted sources; and
Using App Wheel and launched applications lawfully and responsibly.

Availability and warranties

App Wheel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that App Wheel will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device, launcher, or third-party application.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on App Wheel.

This includes losses resulting from device behavior, Home-screen launcher behavior, third-party applications, operating-system changes, user configuration, or loss of locally stored settings.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services

App Wheel may interact with services operated by third parties, including Google Play Billing and external feedback forms.

Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. The developer is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or data practices of unaffiliated third-party services.

Optional support purchases

App Wheel may offer optional support purchases processed through Google Play Billing.

Support purchases are voluntary, do not unlock application features, and are not charitable or tax-deductible donations. Payment processing, refunds, and related transactions may also be subject to Google Play’s terms and policies.

Future features and Pro version

References to possible future features or a possible Pro version describe plans under consideration only.

They do not represent a promise, guarantee, or commitment that particular features will be developed or released by a particular date.

Changes to App Wheel

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as App Wheel is improved or adapted to Android and Google Play requirements.

Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain a useful and reliable experience.

Changes to this notice

This Legal Notice may be updated when App Wheel’s features, business model, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this website with an updated revision date.
