Privacy Policy — Flip & Learn
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the Flip & Learn mobile app ("App"), published by Tomris B., an independent developer. Contact: help.tomris@gmail.com
1. Summary
Your collections, cards and settings are stored only on your device. We have no servers, no user accounts and no cloud sync, so we never receive your content.
The App is free and shows a small Google AdMob banner ad at the bottom of the screen.
2. Information we handle
- Your cards, notes and settings: stored on your device in encrypted form. They are never sent to us.
- Backup files: you can export your collections, cards and settings to a file (Settings → Data → Export data) and import it later. A backup is created only when you ask for it, is not encrypted, and is saved only where you choose (for example, Google Drive or email). We never receive it.
- Ads: to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may process your device's advertising ID, IP address and basic device and app information. Learn more:

3. Internet and advertising ID
You can study without an internet connection. The App uses the internet only to load ads and for Google Play services.
You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.
4. Your choices in Europe
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before showing ads, using Google's consent message. If you don't consent, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalized. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
5. Children
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads shown in the App are limited to content suitable for teens.
6. Deleting your data
- Settings → Data → Delete all data removes all your cards, collections and settings from the App.
- Uninstalling the App also removes its data from your device.
- Backup files you saved elsewhere (for example, in Google Drive) stay under your control; delete them there.
- For ad-related data, use your Google account or device settings.
7. Third-party services
- Google Play: app downloads, updates and crash reports.
- Google AdMob: banner ads.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update this page and the date above.
