Home AI provides AI-driven home and garden design visualization tools.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, or photos that you upload, process, or display using the app.
You must not use Home AI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not modify, adapt, or hack the app or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Home AI.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature through the use of our services.
Violation of any of these agreements may result in the termination of your access to the service.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Home AI service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Image processing is performed via third-party AI services. You retain ownership of the content you create, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to use any photos you import into the app.
You agree not to use Home AI to:
Upload or process content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene.
Infringe upon the copyrighted material or intellectual property rights of others.
Generate deceptive or misleading content, including deepfakes or impersonations of individuals.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary code.
Home AI offers premium features, subscriptions, and "Diamond" credits via Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Credits: "Diamond" credits are used to generate AI designs. Credits may have expiration dates as specified at the time of purchase.
Refunds: For purchases made through the Apple App Store, we cannot issue refunds directly. You must contact Apple Support for any refund requests.
Renewals: Subscriptions may renew automatically. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscriptions through your iTunes/Apple ID account settings.
All resources within Home AI, including the UI design, AI integration logic, icons, app assets, and original code, are protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use the Home AI name, logos, or brand features without express permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the app is voluntary and may be used by us without obligation to you.
Home AI is provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality AI generations, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or structural feasibility of the designs generated by the AI. Users should consult professionals before making any physical changes to their property based on app suggestions.
