1. If WiFi is unavailable the App will utilize cellular data (LTE, 5G) for communication, however keep in mind, high data usage & fees could apply especially when viewing video content (streaming, etc.). If you prefer to not use cellular data for the App, be sure to turn off Cellular data in your mobile device settings for the BAND of BROS App.
NOTE: If cellular data for the App is turned off, a WiFi connection must be established for App communication.
2. If the App is not receiving Notification Messages, verify you have Allow Notifications enabled under your mobile device’s Notifications Settings for the “BAND of BROS” App
3. When accessing some App content, the App will redirect to an external site using your mobile device’s default browser. To return back to the App, select the “BAND of BROS” icon at the top left corner of the browser window.
4. The Live Stream event is not available until the event is published on YouTube prior to the start of the meeting. We suggest users not live stream the event if they are onsite attending the meeting.
5. The Locations function of the App requires Location Services to be enabled in the mobile device’s settings for Map & Directions functionality. The App utilizes “Google Maps” for mapping capabilities, therefore it is recommended to ensure the Google Maps App is installed on your mobile device.
6. You can also update your User account profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
Note: You must be logged into the App to update your profile information.
Open the Side Menu screen Now select the pencil icon next to your name.
When the profile screen is displayed, select the Edit pencil icon to modify your profile information.
When finished, select the Save icon to save your information
