This Privacy Policy explains how tools apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you download, install, access, or use our mobile applications and related services available through Google Play.
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by tools apps, unless a particular application provides a separate privacy policy.
We respect your privacy and aim to collect or process only the information necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and monetize our applications.
Some of our applications may have different features and may request different device permissions. Therefore, not every section of this Privacy Policy applies to every application.
For privacy-related questions, you may contact us at:
Developer: tools apps
Email: appstoup@gmail.com
Depending on the application you use, its features, the permissions you grant, and the third-party services integrated into the application, certain information may be processed.
Most of our applications do not require users to create an account or directly provide personal information such as a name, postal address, or phone number.
However, information may be provided voluntarily when you:
Contact us by email;
Send us feedback or a support request;
Submit information through a feature that specifically requires user input; or
Interact with a feature that allows you to select files, photos, media, or other content.
Information that you voluntarily provide is used only for the purpose for which it was submitted, such as responding to a support request.
Our applications or third-party services integrated into our applications may automatically process certain technical information.
Depending on the application and services used, this may include:
Device type and model;
Android version;
App version;
Language and regional settings;
Screen size and device configuration;
IP address;
Approximate or general location derived from an IP address;
Advertising identifiers, where permitted;
App Set ID or similar identifiers;
App installation identifiers;
Application launch information;
App interactions, such as taps or feature usage;
Advertising interactions;
Crash information;
Diagnostic information;
Performance information;
Network connection information; and
Other technical information necessary for app security, advertising, diagnostics, analytics, and fraud prevention.
The exact information processed depends on the application, Android version, device configuration, consent choices, and third-party SDKs included in that application.
Some of our applications are supported by advertising.
We may use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, native, rewarded, or app-open advertisements where applicable.
Google Mobile Ads may process information such as:
IP address;
Device or advertising identifiers;
App interactions;
Advertising interactions;
Diagnostic information;
Performance information; and
Other information necessary to provide, measure, personalize, secure, and prevent fraud related to advertising.
Depending on your location, device settings, age, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required, we may use Google's consent management technologies, including the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), to request or manage advertising and privacy choices.
Users may also be able to manage or delete their Android advertising identifier through their Android or Google privacy settings.
Some of our applications may use analytics, performance-monitoring, or crash-reporting technologies.
These services help us:
Detect crashes and technical problems;
Improve application stability;
Understand general application performance;
Identify features that require improvement;
Detect abusive or fraudulent activity; and
Maintain compatibility with Android devices.
Depending on the application, services such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, or similar services may be used.
When such services are present, they may process technical information such as installation identifiers, device information, app interactions, crash logs, operating-system information, app version, performance information, and diagnostic data.
These services are not necessarily included in every application published by tools apps.
Different applications require different Android permissions depending on their functionality.
We request permissions only when they are necessary for a particular feature or service.
The availability and behavior of permissions may also depend on the Android version installed on your device.
Examples of permissions that one or more of our applications may request include the following.
Camera access may be used for features such as:
Flashlight or flash alerts;
QR or barcode scanning;
Camera-based tools;
Taking or selecting images when specifically requested by the user; or
Other camera-related application features.
When an application uses the camera only to control the flashlight, we do not use the permission to secretly take photos or record videos.
Some applications may allow users to:
Select an image;
Save a wallpaper;
Save or export a file;
Select media;
Choose a ringtone;
Open a PDF;
Import or export content; or
Create user-generated content.
Where supported by Android, we prefer system file pickers and limited media-access mechanisms instead of requesting broad access to device storage.
Files and media selected by users are normally processed for the requested feature.
Applications containing audio-related features may request microphone access when necessary.
Microphone access is used only for the feature for which permission was requested and is not used to secretly record conversations.
Applications may request notification permission to display alerts, reminders, media controls, status information, incoming-call effects, or other user-requested notifications.
Applications containing call-related features may require access to certain phone-state information to detect relevant call states or allow the requested feature to function.
We do not use such access to secretly record telephone conversations.
Applications containing Bluetooth, casting, remote-control, or device-discovery features may request Bluetooth or nearby-device permissions.
These permissions are used to discover, connect to, or communicate with compatible devices when requested by the user.
Certain Android Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, nearby-device, compass, mapping, or location-based functionality may require approximate or precise location access.
Where location permission is required, it is used only for the relevant feature and subject to Android permission controls.
Individual applications may request additional Android permissions when required for their primary functionality.
The application will use these permissions for the purpose associated with the relevant feature, subject to Android and Google Play requirements.
Users can grant or deny permissions through Android and can generally revoke previously granted permissions through their device settings.
Some of our applications allow you to select, open, create, edit, save, or manage content such as:
Images;
Wallpapers;
Audio;
Ringtones;
Documents;
PDF files;
Videos; or
Other files.
Unless an application clearly states otherwise or a feature requires online processing, this content is generally processed locally on your device.
We do not claim ownership of files or content you create or select using our applications.
If a feature requires uploading or transmitting content to an online service, we will process the content only as necessary to provide that feature and will provide additional disclosure where required.
Our applications may use third-party services to provide functionality, distribute applications, display advertising, perform analytics, diagnose crashes, manage consent, or protect against fraud and abuse.
Depending on the application, these third-party services may include:
Google Play Services;
Google Play;
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads;
Google User Messaging Platform;
Firebase services;
Firebase Analytics;
Firebase Crashlytics;
Firebase Performance Monitoring; and
Other service providers specifically required by an individual application.
Third-party providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Locally stored application data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application.
For data stored locally by an application, users can generally remove such data by:

Most of our applications do not require account registration.
If an application allows users to create an account, that application will provide any additional disclosures required for account-related data.
Where required by Google Play policy or applicable law, users will be provided with a method to request deletion of their account and associated user data.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.
Where information is transmitted to supported third-party services, those services generally use encrypted network connections such as HTTPS/TLS.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and keeping Android and applications updated.
