Welcome to our app subscription service! By subscribing to and using our app, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please read these terms carefully before subscribing, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

1. Subscription Policy

By subscribing to our service, you gain access to our app’s content and features, subject to the payment of a recurring subscription fee. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

2. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are payable in advance for the chosen subscription period. You authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on the renewal date unless you cancel the subscription before that time. Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the app.

3. Free Trials

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free trial to new subscribers. Free trial durations and terms will be clearly communicated during the sign-up process. Free trials are not guaranteed and are solely offered at the developer's discretion. If you sign up for a free trial, you must cancel it before the trial period ends to avoid being automatically charged the subscription fee. Once a trial has been utilized, you will not be eligible for another free trial under the same account unless explicitly granted by us.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the subscription fee has been charged, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused services. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the app’s content and services until the end of the current subscription period. If your subscription is terminated by us for any reason, you may be entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Usage

All content available through our app, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may be allowed to create and share content within the app. By posting or submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content in any medium or platform. You are solely responsible for any content you create and post, and you agree not to post any illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

You agree to use our app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

In the event of termination, we may provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We may modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, and we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website or within the app. Continued use of the app following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our service. Users under the age of 18 may only use our app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who consents to these Terms of Service on their behalf.
