When you paste a YouTube video link into the App, the URL is sent to YouTube/Google services to retrieve:

To generate social media content, the App sends video transcript text to the AI provider selected by you:

This transcript is used only for generating requested content such as:
YouTube Shorts scripts
LinkedIn posts
Twitter/X threads
Instagram captions
Blog posts
Newsletter emails
If you use the AI refinement/chat feature, your chat messages and previously generated content may be sent to your selected AI provider to improve responses and maintain conversation context during the session.
When generating videos or carousel posts using stock backgrounds, the App may send image search keywords to Pexels in order to fetch royalty-free images.
The App allows you to enter your own API keys for:
Groq
OpenAI
Pexels
These keys are:
Stored encrypted locally on your device
Never transmitted to AppsInApp servers
Used only to authenticate directly with the respective third-party services
The following information may be stored locally on your device:
YouTube URLs
Video titles and thumbnails
Video transcripts
Generated AI content
Session history
User preferences and settings
API keys (encrypted)
This data is stored using local device storage technologies such as:
SQLite (Room Database)
Android DataStore
You can delete your history and stored content directly within the App.
AppsInApp does not collect or store:
User accounts or login information
Personal identity information
Location data
Contacts
Photos or files from your device
Camera data
Microphone recordings
Analytics data
Advertising identifiers
Crash reporting data
The App does not include:
Advertising SDKs
Tracking SDKs
Analytics SDKs
AppsInApp does not operate a backend server that stores user content.

Used for AI-generated content creation when selected as your AI provider.

Several App features run entirely on your device and do not upload content externally, including:
Video rendering/export
Carousel image generation
Ambient music generation
Session storage
User preference management
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:
Encrypted local storage for API keys
Secure local data handling
No centralized storage of user content
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable laws in your region.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You have full control over your data stored within the App.
You may:
Delete session history
Remove stored API keys
Clear generated content
Stop using third-party AI providers at any time
Because AppsInApp does not maintain user accounts or cloud storage, deleting the App may also remove locally stored data depending on your device settings.
AppsInApp may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect feature updates, legal requirements, or service changes.
Updated versions will be published within the App or associated store listing.
