Search files

Search screen for the files.

• You can search by texts, visible or hidden photos and category.

• The number of columns can be adjusted, but for example 20 columns on a small mobile is not recommended.

• Selecting the category can be done by pressing the button directly or by selecting to go to details and make the choice there.

• Excluding file can be done by long-pressing the button.

• Selections can be saved and the selection that is made is automatically saved, if desired

• GPS/Creation are special cases because it is created automatically. (see also options).

• On this screen, the choice is only visible if there are photos that meet this requirement.

• After changing the photos, this list will be refreshed automatically.

Remarks

If you search for GPS (2) and also for Creation (303) then this means that the result must meet both conditions and in this case it is 2.

This is the detail screen of the GPS and the same applies as the previous screen. You can select ed for all streets or apply even more refined selection.

• If you choose everything, they will be shown sorted.

• At the top right is another menu (see next picture)

• After a long press on the photo, you will see a menu of options

• General edits on the whole group of photos. 

• The import is the addition of a price list of the photos in CSV format. 

• Export is the preservation of the price list.

This menu allows one to edit/view or delete the file.

You can browse through the photos using navigation buttons.

• The photo can be adjusted by choosing a different one.

• There are 2 more rotation buttons. If necessary, the photo can be displayed horizontally.

• The photo can be enlarged but will not be saved.

• The so-called swiping of the photo to the next is also possible instead of the navigation buttons.

• "Copy previous category" This copies the categories from the previous photo with the exception of the previous category. GPS and Creation.

Remarks:

• The photo will never be edited or deleted using this application. This is purely a registration module.

• It may be that sometimes the photo comes across as a bit grainy because it is too large to show. The program automatically reduces it, but the original remains in its original state.

The category parts. 

• Creation and GPS are indicated in red, which means that it contains subdivisions. 

• By clicking on it, it will be expanded. This can also be done with the other chapters. 

• For each part it can be indicated whether the photo meets a certain category. 

• Creation is built on the basis of the creation date of the photo. (year/month) After this, it will not be automatically adjusted. 

• A category 'New' is also created on which you can select. This will be automatically deleted when changing the photo.

As with the order, the photo can be forwarded.

• GPS information is the pure information obtained through the internet. This information is automatically divided into categories. Everything is stored in the database so that the information is always available.

• List category - maintenance category and use it with this file

• OCR - scan image and paste scanned text from clipboard or translate text before pasting.

• Open file - start assiosated program or select an other app.

Remark

When the file is NEW this wil be automatic closed in edit-mode and saved when scroll to next file.
