I have found a *roundabout* way of blocking Roblox whenever needed. Change allowed Apps age to 9+ (in Content Restrictions in Content & Privacy Restrictions) and Roblox disappears completely. It is a hassle having to do it, but when screen time limit kicks in and all apps (apart from bloody Roblox!) get blocked, might as well take the extra three steps and change app limit to 9+. And - voila! - Roblox can't be used.

You can purchase Robux on our mobile, browser, and Xbox One apps. Accounts with a Premium membership receive a monthly Robux stipend Accounts with a membership can sell shirts, pants, experience access, in-experience items and Game Passes and get a percentage of the profit There is no such thing as a Robux Generator. If a person, website, or game tries to tell you there is one, this is a scam and should be reported via our Report Abuse system.

I know how to make it work! Only works for iphone and ipad tho so basically when your on an app roblox eg. Slide that little thing at the bottom where 4-5 apps come up dont slide too much then if theres spotify logo in it drag it to the left side of ur screen now play whatever you want then then slide it left for it to not showw hope this helps:)

Yeah, Ive had this situation multiple times. However I do in fact have an iPhone 13 pro max. So I don't think its the device. This has happened twice now as well. What happens is that I'd listen to music or watch youtube while playing roblox and it works. Then one day for no reason when i hit play on either spotify or youtube it instantly turns back off, as if it prioritizes the apps sound over either spotify or youtube.

In this instalment of the Battle of the Apps, we are looking at engagement of two of the biggest gaming apps - Roblox and Minecraft. Mobile phone have become serious gaming devices as games often top the App store downloads. The question here that we look at is how much time do individuals really spend on some of these apps.

Often top of the charts for downloads are Roblox and Minecraft, each have created their own attention, whether it's an IPO or a multi billion dollar acquisition. Ignoring downloads, we want to see the percentage of the audience that actively uses these apps (active users), how they use it (active usage), and how many times per week it's the first app they use when someone picks up their phone.

Across a group of individuals aged 18-25, what is interesting when comparing these two gaming apps is that Roblox has nearly 3x the weekly active users, and 1.7x more being the first app used after the phone is picked up.

As soon as I logged in, I saw the main menu in 2D in front of me, as a curved screen. At this moment, I realized that it was not only the login procedure, but the whole application that was very rough. The environment around me in the main menu was a simple place just made of cubes with the lighting that was clearly off: it was dark and also felt inconsistent across the different parts of the scene. The environment was also flickering in some places. Not to mention the fact that having just a few cubes around you as the home space was not that exciting: I expected something more than a few cubes and a stock skybox from a Roblox menu space. These cubes were running at around 45 FPS when the Quest apps should run at least at 72.

Tied with incentives and extra Robux, consumers are likely to buy gift cards to reload their Robux balance. Gift cards cannot be redeemed on Roblox apps, only on the browser, so they inherently avoid the app tax. Notably, Roblox also owns the entire end-to-end ecosystem on their platform.

Ball raises an interesting point because Apple’s reasons for barring apps on the App Store can often feel pointed against a few select players. Overall, the guidelines can be murky, a catch-all for those who don’t comply. And as we’ll discuss, it’s unclear whether or not Roblox violates their guidelines, but it also feels probable that they do.

We’re not legal experts, but figured it could be useful to compile a few resources we researched while searching for a clearer answer. Aside from Epic’s public tussle over the 30% app tax, Facebook, Microsoft, and Google (Stadia) violate the guidelines for their gaming apps because they chafe against Apple’s Remote Desktop Clients clause.

Here, unlike xCloud and Stadia for example, Roblox complies with section (c) in that it allows for users to sign-up for an account on mobile. Importantly, it also allows for users to buy Robux (the virtual currency) and subscribe to Roblox Premium (their subscription membership) through the mobile app. These are favorable conditions in the eyes of Apple; however, it’s unclear — considering that cloud-based platforms require data centers — how Roblox as well as Microsoft and Google can check off sections (a) and (e). How can it be an “approved” app when it violates these major requirements as well? Cloud-based gaming necessitates large warehouses full of servers and “thin client for cloud-based apps” aren’t kosher for Apple.

4.9 Streaming games Streaming games are permitted so long as they adhere to all guidelines — for example, each game update must be submitted for review, developers must provide appropriate metadata for search, games must use in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality, etc. Of course, there is always the open Internet and web browser apps to reach all users outside of the App Store.

4.9.1 Each streaming game must be submitted to the App Store as an individual app so that it has an App Store product page, appears in charts and search, has user ratings and review, can be managed with ScreenTime and other parental control apps, appears on the user’s device, etc.

3.1.3(a) “Reader” Apps: Apps may allow a user to access previously purchased content or content subscriptions (specifically: magazines, newspapers, books, audio, music, and video). Reader apps may offer account creation for free tiers, and account management functionality for existing customers.
