     • For job seekers: Details such as gender, date of birth, address, education, work experience, skills, and resume.

     • For employers: Company details, job listings, and relevant contact information.

   • Application Information: Job seekers may submit application details, including resumes and cover letters, when applying for jobs.

   • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, such as device information, IP address, and activity logs within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information
   The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

   • To create and manage user profiles.

   • To allow job seekers to apply for jobs and employers to post job listings.

   • To store candidate profiles, including Personal Information (Gender, Date of Birth, Address), About Me, Skills, Education, Work Experience, and Resume, in Firestore Database for seamless profile management and job application processes.

   • To facilitate communication between job seekers, employers, and recruiters.

   • To improve the functionality and performance of the app based on user interaction.

   • To send emails for job applications using the "Mail For Apply" feature.

   • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

3. Use of Media Permissions

   • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES Permission: We use the READ_MEDIA_IMAGES permission only during registration to allow job seekers and employers to upload and set their profile images. This permission is used solely for profile creation and not for any other purpose.

4. Sharing Your Information
   We are committed to your privacy and do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share your data under the following circumstances:

   • With Employers and Recruiters: When you apply for a job, your profile and application details will be shared with the relevant employers and recruiters.

   • With Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the app, such as Firebase services (Authentication, Realtime Database, Firestore, and Storage).

   • For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Storage and Security

   • Where Your Data is Stored: Candidate profiles, including Personal Information, Skills, Education, Work Experience, and Resume, are securely stored in Firestore Database, a cloud-hosted NoSQL database provided by Firebase.

   • Security Measures: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, including encryption and secure access protocols. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights
   As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

   • Access and Update: You can access and update your personal information at any time through your profile settings.

   • Delete Your Data: You may request to delete your account. However, some data may be retained as required by law.
