Apps by Jackson (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Bloom Haven: Garden Sort (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the App, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
Game progress and level completion
In-game currency, rewards, and purchased entitlements
Sound, music, and other game settings
Advertising and consent preferences
Other information required to maintain your game session
This information is used to provide gameplay, remember your settings, and restore eligible purchases or features. We do not operate a user-account system or independently upload this game data to our own servers.
Local information may be removed if you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, although device or platform backup features may affect whether some information is restored.
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner and rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:
Device and advertising identifiers
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
Device type, operating system, language, and app version
Advertisement impressions, clicks, views, and interactions
Diagnostic, performance, and fraud-prevention information
Consent and advertising-preference information
This information may be used to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, limit repeated advertisements, prevent fraud, and provide personalized or non-personalized advertising where permitted.

Where required by law, the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and record your advertising and privacy choices. Depending on your location and eligibility, you may be able to choose between personalized and non-personalized advertising or manage other consent options.
The App offers optional purchases through Google Play Billing, including consumable items and permanent features.
Google Play processes payments and related transaction information. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card or banking details. The App may receive limited purchase information, such as:
The product purchased
Purchase status
Transaction or purchase tokens
Whether a purchase is acknowledged, consumed, or eligible for restoration
This information is used to deliver purchased content, restore eligible purchases, and help prevent fraud.
Google’s handling of payment and account information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and applicable Google Play terms.
The App does not currently provide user accounts or directly request or collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your postal address
Your telephone number
Your contacts
Your photographs or media
Precise GPS location
Health or fitness information
If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments.
Information processed through the App may be used to:
Operate and maintain the game
Save game progress and preferences
Deliver rewards and purchased content
Display and measure advertisements
Respect consent and privacy choices
Diagnose crashes and technical problems
Protect the App, users, and advertising systems from fraud or abuse
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information directly.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers necessary to operate the App, including:
Google AdMob, for advertising and advertisement measurement
Google User Messaging Platform, for consent management
Google Play, for app distribution, billing, purchase verification, and platform services

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the App.
Depending on your age, location, device settings, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where the App presents a privacy-options or consent form, you can use it to review or change eligible advertising choices. You may also be able to control advertising personalization through your Android device or Google account settings.
Purchasing the App’s remove-advertising option will remove banner advertising as described in the App. Rewarded advertisements may remain available only when voluntarily selected to receive an in-game benefit, depending on the implemented purchase terms shown in the App.
Locally stored game information remains on your device until it is deleted through the App, your device settings, or uninstallation, subject to any device backup or restoration features.
Google and other service providers retain information according to their respective policies and legal obligations.
Information submitted directly in a support request may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.
We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information processed by Google or other third-party services is protected according to those providers’ security practices and policies.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information from children through the App. Advertising availability and personalization may be restricted based on the user’s age, location, consent status, device settings, and applicable platform requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.
Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, service providers use appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing.
Because most game data is stored locally and we do not operate user accounts, we may not possess information that allows us to identify or retrieve a particular player’s local game data.
You can delete locally stored game data through your device’s application settings or by uninstalling the App. For information controlled by Google, you should use the privacy controls and request procedures provided by Google.

The App does not currently offer or require user accounts. Therefore, there is no Apps by Jackson account to delete.
You can remove locally stored game information by clearing the App’s storage through your device settings or uninstalling the App.
The App or its advertisements may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its services, or applicable legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published at this URL, and the effective date at the top will be revised.
Your continued use of the App after an update is subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
