Thank you for using our applications. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our mobile applications ("Apps"). Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the Apps.
1. Information We Collect
a. Personal Information (if provided)
Name, email address, or other contact information (only if you voluntarily submit it through support forms or feedback).
We do not collect any personal data unless explicitly provided by the user.
Coach messages (if you use Coach): the text you type and the compound names in your protocol. Health data, journal entries, and notes are not collected for Coach.
b. Device & Usage Data
Device type, operating system, device ID, and language settings.
c. Image Data (for apps with image analysis)
Photos submitted for identification or estimation may be temporarily uploaded for processing.
Images are used only for analysis and are not stored on our servers longer than necessary.
Looksmaxxing Coach is described separately in Section 9. A face photo in that app is sent to OpenAI, not to a server we operate.
d. Purchase & Subscription Data
If you make in-app purchases, we may collect transaction-related information to verify and unlock premium features.
We do not store any credit card or payment data. All transactions are handled securely through the App Store.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
Operate and improve our apps
Analyze usage trends and engagement
Deliver personalized content and features
Respond to support inquiries and feedback
Process subscriptions and unlock premium features
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
3. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for functionality and analytics, including:
Apple App Store / Google Play Billing (for purchases)
Firebase or similar tools (for crash reporting and analytics)
OpenAI (for AI-powered image analysis)
OpenAI (for Coach): when you turn Coach on, your messages and compound names are sent to OpenAI so the assistant can reply. Health data, journal entries, and notes are not sent. Coach stays off until you enable it in Settings.
OpenAI (for Looksmaxxing Coach): a face photo is sent to OpenAI only after you agree, as described in Section 9.
These third-party services have their own privacy policies. OpenAI's privacy policy is at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/. We share data with a third party only when that party protects it under terms that provide the same or equal protection as this policy for the purpose of that request.
4. Data Retention
We retain usage data and error logs to improve app performance.
Image data uploaded to our servers for analysis is deleted after processing.
A face photo in Looksmaxxing Coach is kept on your phone until you delete it, as described in Section 9. We do not keep a copy of that photo on a server we operate.
You may request deletion of your data at any time.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent where applicable
To exercise your rights, please contact us using the email below. In Looksmaxxing Coach, you can also tap Delete my data in Profile. That removes the photo, the score, the plan, and the answers stored on that phone, and the app will not send another face photo to OpenAI unless you agree again.
6. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Face Data (Looksmaxxing Coach)
Looksmaxxing Coach collects a face photo only when you take a selfie or choose a photo to score. That photo is the face data. The app does not create a faceprint, a facial-geometry template, or a face-recognition identifier.
Before the photo is sent, the app tells you that your face photo will be sent to OpenAI and asks you to agree. Nothing is sent until you tap Send my face photo to OpenAI. Each later photo asks again.
The photo is resized on your phone and sent to OpenAI only to produce a score for that photo: one overall number and eight presentation scores. Your quiz answers, your plan, and your other photos are not included in that request. We do not operate a server that stores the photo. A copy of the photo and the score stay on your phone until you tap Delete my data in Profile, or until you delete the app.
The photo is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to build a profile of you. OpenAI may use the photo only to return that score. OpenAI's privacy policy is at https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy/.
