The App, including its software, design, interface, graphics, logos, text, features, and other materials provided by AppPilot, is owned by or licensed to AppPilot and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property.
Your use of the App does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Some Apps may allow you to create, upload, import, store, or process content such as text, documents, images, audio, video, or other files ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any User Content that you submit or process through the App.
You agree not to use the App to create, upload, transmit, or process content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features of an App from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the App will operate without interruption or errors.
Certain features may require an Internet connection, third-party services, an Apple account, or other requirements.
Some Apps may use third-party services, websites, APIs, software, or technologies.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms.
We is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services that are outside our control.
Some Apps may offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, and other purchase details are presented through the applicable App Store purchasing interface.
Where applicable, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's subscription management procedures.
Some Apps may offer free trials, promotional offers, or introductory pricing.
If offered, the specific terms, duration, eligibility, and pricing of the offer will be displayed at the time the offer is presented.
After a trial or promotional period ends, applicable charges may be applied according to the terms displayed when you started the offer.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and procedures.
Requests for refunds may need to be submitted directly through Apple.
We does not control Apple's payment or refund systems.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will:
Always be available or uninterrupted.
Be completely free from errors or defects.
Meet every individual requirement or expectation.
Always be compatible with every device or operating system version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppPilot disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or other indirect losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You are responsible for your use of the App and for any actions you take based on information, results, or content produced or processed by the App.
You should independently verify important information where appropriate and use the App responsibly.
We may suspend or terminate access to an App where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.
You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of an App after updated Terms are published may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you download or use an App through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms and conditions.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AppPilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the courts or other appropriate authorities having jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
