How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app > tap the PRO button on the home screen or go to Settings > Upgrade to Premium. At the bottom of the paywall screen, tap "Already have a subscription? Restore".

How do I download content for offline use?

After purchasing Premium, go to Settings > Enable Offline Mode. Select the categories you want to download and tap "Download Now". The download size for each category is displayed next to its name.

How do I change the language?

Go to Settings > Language. You can choose between English, Română, and Magyar.

How do I reset my progress?

Go to Settings > Reset Progress. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

I purchased Premium but it's not showing.

Try tapping "Restore" on the paywall screen. If the issue persists, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase, then contact us at labs.apporia@gmail.com.

Apporia Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates the Permis 2026 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Data stored locally on your device:

• Selected license category preference

• Exam simulation history and scores

• Mistake journal entries

• Language preference

• Onboarding completion status

• Downloaded offline content status

This data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-party services:

Our App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• RevenueCat — Manages subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

• Firebase Crashlytics — Collects crash reports and diagnostic data to help us improve app stability. This data is anonymous and does not include personal information. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality

• Track your learning progress locally on your device

• Process in-app purchases and subscription management

• Improve app stability through crash reports

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only data processed externally is:

• Anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

• Subscription transaction data (RevenueCat / Apple App Store / Google Play Store)

Data Retention and Deletion

All learning data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all your data at any time by going to Settings > Reset Progress, or by uninstalling the App.

Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is an educational tool for driving license exam preparation and does not require account creation or personal data entry.

Tracking

Permis 2026 does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use advertising identifiers or participate in ad networks.

Description of Service

Permis 2026 is an independent educational application designed to help users prepare for the Romanian driving license exam (DRPCIV). It provides practice questions, exam simulations, traffic sign references, and legislation summaries.

Disclaimer

Permis 2026 is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government entity, including DRPCIV, MAI, or any other Romanian government institution. All question content is based on publicly available exam material from official sources.

We strive to keep content accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee that using this App will result in passing the official driving exam.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Permis 2026 offers auto-renewable subscription plans (weekly, monthly, and 3-month).

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Refund Guarantee

Premium users who fail the official DRPCIV driving exam may be eligible for a refund. To claim this, contact us at labs.apporia@gmail.com with proof of exam failure within 30 days of the exam date. This guarantee applies only to users with an active Premium subscription at the time of the exam.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Permis 2026 are the property of Apporia Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

Permis 2026 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Apporia Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
