Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to KRESZ Vizsga 2026 (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App.

1. Platform Terms & Standard EULA

Depending on the platform you use to download and access the App, you are subject to the following terms:

• iOS Users (Apple App Store): By downloading and using this App, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be reviewed here: Apple Standard EULA. These Terms of Use supplement the Apple Standard EULA.

• Android Users (Google Play Store): By downloading and using this App, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Government Affiliation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App is an independent educational tool designed to help users prepare for the Hungarian driving license theoretical exam (KRESZ).

• The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the KTI, KAV (Közlekedési Alkalmassági és Vizsgaközpont), eduKRESZ, or any other government agency in Hungary.

• The questions provided are mock study materials for preparation purposes. Passing test simulations in this App does not guarantee passing the official KRESZ driving exam.

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

We offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (iOS) or Google Play Account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Renewal Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) after purchase.

• No Partial Refunds: Cancellation of an active subscription prevents future renewals, but refunds for already active subscription periods are not provided.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including any failure to pass the official KRESZ exam.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, questions, layout designs, and graphics within the App are the property of the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
