Thank you for choosing to prepare for your driving theory exam with the KRESZ Vizsga 2026 mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
1. Government Affiliation Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The App is an independent educational tool designed to help users prepare for the Hungarian theoretical driving license exam (KRESZ). The App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the KTI (Közlekedéstudományi Intézet), KAV (Közlekedési Alkalmassági és Vizsgaközpont), eduKRESZ, the Hungarian Ministry of Construction and Transportation, or any other government agency.
2. Information We Collect
We build our app with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use the App.
We automatically collect certain non-personal data through third-party SDKs to keep the App secure, stable, and to improve the user experience:
Device Data: Information about the device you use to access the App, such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Anonymous analytics data regarding how you interact with the App (e.g., mock exam scores, flashcards reviewed, questions answered) to help us improve the educational algorithm.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide, maintain, and process features in our App, we use secure third-party services. These providers have their own Privacy Policies:
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution, licensing, and transaction/payment processing.
RevenueCat: For securely validating in-app purchases, validating subscriptions, and syncing subscription status anonymously.
Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics): For crash reporting, app performance monitoring, and collecting anonymous usage analytics.
4. Local Progress Saving
Your study progress, bookmarks, and exam history are stored locally on your device. We do not transfer or store this progress data on our servers. If you delete the App, this progress data will be removed.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
We offer premium upgrades via auto-renewing subscriptions. All financial transactions, billing, and payment processing are handled securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card details or billing information.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
