• Documents Required : Application form
• Endorsement Form
• Valid National Passport Copy (Identification & Address page)
• Photograph (passport size, image format, high resolution)
• Current Valid Basic Safety Courses (BST) 5 Nos
• Current valid Seafarers Medical Certificate

Kindly forward all above mentioned requisite Colour scanned documents preferably in image format (jpg or Jpeg) for our review. Once the documents are received in completeness, we will advice you the bank details to remit the fees, and thereafter proceed to have the application filed with the issuing authority or filing agents. When we receive the scanned copy of the processed SIRB along with verification screenshot,will will forward the same to you by email and then proceed to have the originals couriered through Express Courier (Bluedart / DHL / Fedex) and send you the air waybill number for tracking real-time.
