Where subscriptions are offered:
Renewal may occur automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period.
Subscription management and cancellation must be completed through the user's app store account.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed purchases are non-refundable.
Prices, subscription plans, and available features may change without prior notice.
Some Services allow users to create, upload, save, record, or otherwise provide content ("User Content").
Ownership of User Content remains with the user.
By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant the Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and provide the requested Services.
You remain solely responsible for all User Content you create or submit, including compliance with applicable laws and the rights of others.
When using our Services, you agree not to:

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed USD $10.

Your User Content;
